2022 WOW

Good evening world... wow it is already coming near the end of 2022. Most of us no longer wear masks however, Covid is still out there. Sebastian started second grade last week and Zaydin kindergarten. I am back in social work even through the ups and downs it feels good. I have been struggling with it however now that I have a new supervisor I am feeling more positive. Today when I picked up my boys from their father I asked him about getting them passports. He is not ok with it, I figured as much. I will ask again next year. I really want to go to Albania and Kosova next year. I am also in the process of looking and buying a house so that needs to be done first before I can really go anywhere big. Well I really should write in here more often. Life is beautiful it is short and I am not perfect. I have my struggles but I am pushing through. Laert, Niko, and Vlasi are back in America working on the Basilica of St. Mary's absolutely beautiful work they do.  I went to the church yesterday and got to see it again in person. So amazing and beautiful in person. They were working and I got to see them again. It was so nice to see Vlasi, I should have asked for a picture with him. When they were here 3 years ago Vlasi gave me a book of his work and signed it for me. He also gave me an art picture that he signed for me as well. He is so talented and works on churches all over the world. Niko and Laert as well work for him. I live in Utica at this time but am looking at moving back closer to family because its been a bit of a struggle. I drive way to much. Any way I should go now.

Defeated

 September 9, 2022 Hello world... tonight I am feeling defeated. Deep down I know this feeling will pass. Last weekend was Labor Day weekend so a holiday weekend. My children's father took them for the long weekend. I worked all weekend every single day and I worked 12 hours on Friday. Sunday evening, I was feeling much more accomplished. Monday morning, I went to work as well. I finished my filing and my case contacts. I felt great. Social work-foster care is so difficult. Monday, I worked 7:30 until about 1 pm I wrapped it up and felt so great. I went home and got my laundry and went to the laundry mat and did 2 loads of laundry. Picked up my boys and put them to bed. Tuesday morning got my kiddo's ready for school. Took Sebastian to school and Zaydin and I went to a doctor appointment. Almost through 2021

  Hello world... today is Thursday Nov 11, 2021. Shout out to making it another year. My oldest son Sebastian is 6 years old and in the first grade. He has some anger issues. It doesn't help that I have them too. I am working on that. He has already missed 2 weeks of school due to covid exposure. He is very intellegent and very entergetic. He is very emotional like me. My youngest is Zaydin and he is 4 years old. He starts preschool next week. He is very very entergetic and keeps me on my toes. He is very independent. Like his momma.  I live in sterling Heights love the area, wish I could move to a bigger place. I am ready to have my own bed again. I work in Detroit waitressing still.  Wednesday 11 17,2021  I will need to continue this later.

When life brings family together

  November 28, 2022, Today we celebrated and mourned the loss of my cousin Grady Carden III. I am very close with his brother Michael my cousin. My sister Star came down from the UP to attend the funeral. My deepest condolences go out to my cousin Tina and Michael and Bam Bam and the rest of the family. I also got to meet a cousin that I have been waiting a very long time to meet as well. Mae Mae she lives in Florida, and she came up for the service. So that was very nice to finally meet her in person. As an adoptee and meeting birth family this was a moment and a new chapter for my book of life. I'm exhausted and will head to bed now.
